The Temple Israel Sisterhood manages the gift shop, which is open to the congregation and the community.
The gift shop is named in memory of Erma Cohn, a
long-time member of the congregation who was very
instrumental in starting and maintaining the gift shop.
Holiday as well as daily use items are available. Come see
the lovely dreidels, wine cups, jewelry, mezuzahs, tzedakah
boxes and so on. There are fun as well as educational
books, CDs and cassettes available.
All items are available
for purchase. You can also order items from various catalogs and websites. Proceeds from the
gift shop are used by the Sisterhood to support individual
needed projects for the synagogue.
Regular shopping hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 2pm; and Friday from 9am to 1pm. Please ask for Ozma in the office or call 217-546-2841.
